• 200 g cheese (provolone), rated
• 200 g cheese (Chester or Gouda), rated
• 125 ml cream
• 1 packet cream cheese (small pack)
• 1 pinch (s) garlic powder
• Worcester sauce
• Tabasco
• 2 chilli pepper (s) (jalapeños), finely chopped

Instructions

1. Put the cheese in a saucepan with the cream and let it melt over a gentle heat. Stir in the cream cheese and add the remaining spices to taste. Finally add the jalapeños. Serve warm.
