Instructions

  1. Cut the lettuce, peppers, cucumber and tomatoes into small pieces. Drain the corn and beans and rinse with cold water. Mix with the prepared salad ingredients with 200 g sour cream and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper and pour into a large bowl.
  2. Cut the onion into cubes and fry in hot oil with the minced meat. Season with chilli powder, 2 tablespoon salsa sauce, salt and pepper, let cool down a little and spread on the salad.
  3. Layer the remaining sour cream, remaining salsa sauce and cheese one after the other on top of the salad. Place in a cool place and spread the nachos on top just before serving.
