Instructions

  1. Peel the onions, cut them into small pieces and fry them together with the minced meat. Let cool and pour into a large bowl.
  2. Also add 1 can of corn and 1 can of kidney beans to the bowl. Pour half of the salsa over the mixture. Then again layer 1 can of corn, 1 can of kidney beans and the rest of the sauce in the bowl.
  3. Clean the iceberg lettuce, cut it into small pieces and add to the lettuce. Then add the crème fraîche to the iceberg lettuce. Then spread the cheese on top. Crumble 3/4 of the nachos and spread them on the cheese.
  4. The salad can be decorated with the remaining nachos right before consumption.
