First of all, cut the chicken into small, bite-sized pieces, fry in a little oil and season with salt, pepper and chilli. Then add the barbecue sauce and simmer briefly. In the meantime cut the tomatoes into pieces and the onions into half rings.
Now layer the nachos in an ovenproof dish as follows:
- nachos
- Chicken mix
- Cheese
- Tomatoes
- onions
and all over again. Finally, sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and bake for about 10 - 12 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius.
Then sprinkle some crème fraîche or sour cream on top as a blob and enjoy.
