Cut the meat into strips, fry in 1 tablespoon oil, season with salt and pepper, remove from the pan.
Clean the leek, halve lengthways and cut into strips. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the frying fat and sauté the leek in it.
Add chunky tomatoes, Provence herbs, water and fork spaghetti and cook for about 10 minutes. Stir in between. Conn. Add the meat again and season with salt, pepper, paprika and sambal oelek.
