- Dip the fresh peaches briefly in hot water, rinse with cold water and peel off the skin. Then halve, stone and dice.
- (Drain the peach halves from the can and cut into cubes.)
- Halve the vanilla pod lengthways and carefully scrape out the pulp with the tip of a knife.
- Finely puree the milk with the peach pieces, vanilla pulp, vanilla sugar and oat flakes with the hand blender.
- Divide the milk into tall glasses and garnish with torn mint leaves.
- You can also prepare the milk with nectarines or apricots.
