Clean the asparagus, cut off the ends 2 cm, cut into thin slices. Peel and grate the garlic or dice finely. Fry both with a dash of oil in a pan on high heat for 5 minutes and place in the salad bowl.
Boil the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Dice the feta cheese and add both to the bowl.
For the dressing, mix approx. 2-3 shots of olive oil with a good splash of lemon juice (more if you like), salt, pepper and thyme. Pour about 1/2 cup of water and mix with the salad ingredients.
Let it steep for a moment, serve as slightly warm as possible. As a side dish, the amount is definitely enough for 4 people - two of us served the salad as a main course.
