Peel the boiled jacket potatoes and cut into cubes or slices, dice the onions, bacon and pickles, and chop the dill.
Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy and put it in a bowl with the potatoes, onions, pickles and the fresh dill without frying fat. Season everything vigorously with oil, salt and pepper, as the potatoes absorb a lot of the seasoning.
Let the whole thing steep a little and season again if necessary.
