Ingredients

• ⅛ cup Worcester sauce
• ⅛ cup soy sauce or oyster sauce
• 3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
• 0.75 ¾ cup ketchup
• 1 onion (s), finely diced
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
• 0.25 ¼ cup honey
• 0.5 ½ glass sour cherries

1. Puree the sour cherries.
2. Gradually add the remaining ingredients. Let the sauce simmer in a saucepan for about 20 minutes.
