Wash and core the nectarines. Cut three of them into pieces and then puree. I leave the bowl on, if you like, you can peel the nectarines.
Mix the quark with milk and fruit puree in a bowl until smooth and season the cream with sugar. Cut the remaining nectarines into small pieces and fold in. Let the dessert steep in the fridge and enjoy it chilled.
In hot weather, this quark often replaces lunch, we then add muesli or cornflakes.
