Instructions

  1. Wash the nectarines and peaches and cut into small pieces.
  2. For the batter, stir the margarine / butter until creamy. Mix the powdered sugar with the vanilla sugar and salt and stir in. Stir in the eggs one by one and beat everything for about 2 minutes until frothy.
  3. Mix flour with baking powder and stir in together with the cream. Place the dough on a greased, floured baking sheet (32x36cm) and smooth it out.
  4. Spread the fruit on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 20 minutes.
  5. For the crumble, put the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and almonds in a bowl. Add the cold margarine / butter in pieces and work into small sprinkles.
  6. Take the cake out of the oven after the 20 minutes, spread the crumble on top and dust it evenly with powdered sugar (this will make the crumble crispy).
  7. Bake the cake at the same temperature for another 20 minutes.
