- Cut the sausages into slices. Peel the potatoes. Cut the soup greens and potatoes into medium-sized pieces. Cut the onions into small pieces.
- Roast the onions with the sausages in the saucepan. Add the bacon if you like and deglaze with water. Add the vegetables and cover with water.
- Cook for 30 - 45 minutes until the desired bond occurs, extend the cooking time if necessary. Season with the spices at the end.
