Instructions

  1. Cut the pumpkin into approx. 0.5 cm thick slices. Chop the chilli pepper as well.
  2. Fry both in hot oil, season and deglaze with orange juice. Cover and let simmer for about 5 minutes, then remove the lid and cook openly for another 5 minutes so that the brew is reduced.
  3. Tip: You can eat the bowl with Hokkaido.
