Instructions

  1. Wash the nettles and cook for approx. 2 minutes, strain (collect the stock) and strain if necessary.
  2. Roast the finely chopped onion in fat until translucent, dust a little, add the nettles and add the stock (or stock). Add salt, lemon juice and garlic to taste.
