- For a springform pan (24cm)
- Ground:
- Preheat the oven, grease the springform pan.
- Crumble the biscuits (e.g. in the bag with a rolling pin).
- Melt the butter and mix with the amarettini crumbs.
- Spread the mixture in the baking pan and press down well.
- Bake in the oven at around 180 ° for 10 minutes.
- Covering:
- Chop 200 g chocolate and melt with Creme Double over low heat (if necessary, water bath).
- Mix the cream cheese, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Stir in the cooled chocolate cream.
- Spread the mixture on the amarettini base.
- Spread smooth and put the cake in a cool place for approx. 6 hours.
