Instructions

  1. Rinse the bulgur with cold water, add to the broth and bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 minutes and turn off. With the lid closed, let it steep until the bulgur has absorbed all of the broth.
  2. Put in a bowl, add the oil, stir and let cool down a little.
  3. Wash, clean and dice cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers. Add to the bulgur. Squeeze the lemons and add the juice. Peel and dice the onions and add. Add parsley, garlic, sugar, salt and a little mint, stir everything well and season to taste.
  4. Let it steep and season again to taste.
  5. Tip: If you like, you can also add chopped peppers or sambal oelek to taste.
