Instructions
- Layer the ingredients for the salad one after the other in a bowl.
- Mix the ingredients for the sauce and season to taste. Spread the sauce over the salad.
- The salad can also be prepared and cooled well, but then only pour the sauce over the salad just before serving.
- Tip: use red onions instead of spring onions. Mixed herbs instead of chives.
- We like to eat herbal white bread (see my recipes) with it.
