Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces. Clean and dice the peppers. Drain the corn. Wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Peel the eggs and cut them into slices. Layer in the following rows in a glass bowl: iceberg lettuce, bell pepper, corn, spring onions, eggs.
Mix the majo with the topping of the salad and spread over the salad. Halve the cherry tomatoes and top the salad with them.
Tip: put the cherry tomatoes on just before serving!
