Season the schnitzel with salt, pepper and paprika powder and turn in flour. Remove seeds and septum from paprika and cut into thin strips. Drain the puszta salad well.
Fry the schnitzel in oil or clarified butter over medium heat for 10-12 minutes. Take out of the pan and keep warm.
Add the cream to the roasting set and let it brown lightly. Add onions, pepper strips, puszta salad, tomato paste, stock and tomato ketchup. Then season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and possibly chilli powder and season. Put the schnitzel back in the sauce - but don`t let it boil anymore.
We also have french fries, country potatoes or rice. Each with a salad, of course.
