Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes until soft and then press them through the press as warm as possible. Let the whole thing cool down a bit and now add the flour, semolina, eggs, salt and nutmeg and knead well. Shape into dumplings.
  2. Then soak the dumplings in boiling salted water and cook over a low heat for about 15 minutes.
  3. The recipe makes about 16 dumplings.
