Instructions

  1. Separate the egg, set the egg whites aside. Mix the margarine, sugar, lime juice and egg yolks together until frothy. Add 75g desiccated coconut, flour, cornstarch and cayenne pepper and knead everything with your hands to form a smooth dough. Cover the dough in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
