Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff.
In a second bowl, stir the cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Put the oat biscuits in a freezer bag and use a rolling pin to chop them up. Melt the butter and mix well with the cookie crumbs.
Core the peaches and cut into small cubes.
Now alternately layer biscuits, peach cubes, cream cheese mass, biscuits, peach cubes and more cream cheese mass in two glasses and chill the cheesecake desserts for approx. 4 hours.
Garnish with a peach wedge before serving.
Tip: The fruits can of course be varied, strawberries, cherries, apricots or mango also go very well.
