Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Dice the onion, chop the garlic and sauté both in a large pan until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Add the tomato paste and the chopped chilli pepper.
  3. Slice the carrots thinly with a cucumber slicer. Also cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Add both to the minced meat and fry for another 10 minutes.
  4. Add the cream and milk. Season with the spices and herbs. Add the pasta to the minced meat and fold in.
  5. Parmesan also tastes very good.
