Instructions

  1. Divide the broccoli into florets and cook in salted water for about 7 minutes. Cook the pasta until al dente.
  2. In the meantime, peel and slice the onion. Heat the butter in a large pan, fry the bacon cubes in it and add the onions.
  3. Mix the egg and yolk in a bowl with the cream and season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Drain the pasta and broccoli briefly and add to the pan with the onions and bacon cubes. Also put the egg mixture in the pan and only let it warm up briefly.
  5. Serve immediately.
