Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles in salted water until they are al dente (and if you want it to go quickly, rinse with cold water).
  2. Wash the cucumber and cut it into small cubes, if you want you can peel and core it. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half or into quarters, depending on their size.
  3. Make a salad dressing from oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and herbs and mix all the ingredients vigorously. If you want, you can fold in fresh lettuce leaves or rings of spring onions.
