Steam the onion cut into cubes in a pan with a little oil until translucent. Cut zucchini into slices, quarter and sauté for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the ham strips, stir in the curry powder and cremè fraîche and bring everything to a boil. Season the sauce with lemon juice. In the meantime, cook the pasta until it is done and finally add the chopped coriander to the pan and mix everything together.
