Cut the onions into cubes and fry them in the oil until translucent. Peel the sausage, cut in half lengthways, cut into slices, add and fry. Put the diced peppers in the pan and let them fry a little. Then dust with flour (everything should be lightly covered), add approx. 4-6 tablespoons of tomato paste (amount depending on taste) and stir well. Deglaze with vegetable stock and stir vigorously. Season with paprika, salad herbs, salt and pepper.
