Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Mix the minced meat, margarine, eggs, breadcrumbs, onions and spices with a fork or with your hands. Shape small balls with damp hands and fry them in hot oil. Thaw mixed vegetables, if frozen, and briefly add to the meatballs.
  3. Heat the milk and dissolve the processed cheese in it. Press the garlic and add to the sauce.
  4. Put the pasta in a shallow baking dish, add the meatball and vegetable mixture and pour the sauce over everything. Sprinkle with the cheese.
  5. Baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 15 minutes. Serve hot.
