Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer`s instructions.
Peel the onions and chop them more or less finely as desired. Fry the minced meat and onions in oil. Deglaze with water until the mixture is just covered and add 1 tablespoon of stock. Season with salt and pepper to taste. (I also like to add garlic, but it`s not a must.) Pour in the cream and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add the finished noodles to the mince sauce and let it warm up briefly.
