Instructions

  1. Divide the broccoli into florets, peel the stem, dice. Slice the carrots diagonally. Dice the onion. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 11 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan, squeeze the sausage meat out of the sausage skin into the pan as small balls. Fry for about 5 minutes, turning. Add the onion and fry briefly. Add the broccoli and carrots to the pan, deglaze with the stock and cream. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in the sauce thickener and cook for about 1 minute. Put the noodles in the pan and mix in, heat briefly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
