If you are traveling through China, you should not miss the Chinese noodle soups. They taste extremely good, but are difficult to eat with chopsticks and a special ceramic spoon that you can place the Mie noodles on.
If you add the spices of Italian cuisine, you get a soup that combines both cultures. The color combination of the red onion with the green pepper gives the whole thing a nice touch.
This healthy meal is ready in no time, you only need a few ingredients and you will still be full of it. Then another green tea and the whole thing will be round.
Bring the water to a boil. Peel and quarter the onion. They need to be within reach with the chopsticks. Peel the garlic and chop it into medium-sized pieces. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and cut into mouth-sized, wide pieces. Add the vegetable stock, Mie noodles, bell pepper, onion and garlic to the boiling water and let it steep for 5 minutes.
Wash and chop the basil and oregano. Add the oil, basil and oregano to the soup and let it steep for 1 minute. Season the soup with salt.
