Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into small cubes and fry lightly in clarified butter (do not let it brown).
  2. Peel the potatoes and carrots, cut into small pieces, add to the meat and let simmer briefly. Cut the leek into rings and add a piece of celery (if you like), let it stew for 1 to 2 minutes and then add the stock and let it simmer for a maximum of 8 - 10 minutes (vegetables should still be firm to the bite) .
  3. In the meantime, cook the pasta (a little less time than according to the package instructions), drain and add at the end of the cooking time. Season with salt and pepper, add chopped parsley and the soup is ready.
