Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and set aside. You can also use pasta from the day before.
Wash and roughly dice the zucchini, cut the onion into small pieces. Core and dice the tomatoes. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces.
Heat the oil in the pan and fry the zucchini briefly, add the onions and sauté until translucent. Add the tomato paste and roast briefly, then deglaze with a little broth. Stir in the cream cheese. Fold in the tomatoes and tuna, heat briefly and season with salt and pepper. Finally fold in the pasta and mozzarella and season with the herbs.
