Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Cut the ham into cubes. Finely chop the herbs. Heat the oil in the pan on the highest setting and sear the ham. Salt and pepper to taste. Add Philadelphia completely and mix with the ham until the cheese has melted (careful, it burns quickly). Deglaze with vegetable stock and cream and stir in, simmer over low heat until the desired consistency is achieved. Add the herbs and season again with salt and pepper. Serve with the pasta.
