Cook the pasta in salted water with a little vegetable stock for about 12 minutes. Put the peeled kohlrabi, cut in half, into the pot and cook at the same time.
In the meantime, season the ground beef, form about 30 small dumplings and fry all over in a pan with fat. Remove the fried dumplings from the pan. Mix the cheese corner with the cream and ham in the frying fat and season, then put the dumplings back into the sauce.
When the pasta is cooked, drain it off. Cut the kohlrabi into pieces, return to the pot and mix in the dumpling sauce.
Now it can be arranged - some cucumber slices as decoration on the edge of the plate.
