Sift the flour into a large mixing bowl and make a well in the middle. Add the yeast milk, lard, eggs and salt, and then knead everything well until the dough comes off the mixing bowl and your hands. If necessary, add a little more flour. Then cover the dough and let rise in a warm place for double the amount (approx. 30 minutes).
