Mix the mascarpone, quark, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Fold in the whipped cream. Drain the cherries. Coarsely chop the cookies.
First pour some of the mascarpone quark mixture into a bowl. Spread the Cointreau on top. Then layer cherries and cookie pieces alternately with mascarpone quark mixture.
Finally, place a few cherries on top of the cream as a decoration. Chill for about 1 hour and then serve.
