Knead the dough ingredients into a smooth dough and put in a cool place.
Roll out the dough thinly and cut or wheel into squares of approx. 3 cm. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 170 degrees for approx. 8-10 minutes.
Spread the filling on half of the cooled cookies and heat the nougat. Place the remaining diamonds on top and press down a little.
Melt the chocolate icing in a double boiler. Dip the cookies in with one corner each.
