Whisk the nut and nougat cream with the espresso, milk and vanilla ice cream. Pour nougat coffee into 4 glasses. Whip the cream until it is half stiff and put a whipped cream on top of each coffee. Dust with cocoa powder.
Tip:
If you prefer it less creamy, you can simply whisk the nougat cream, espresso and milk and add the vanilla ice cream to the drink as a ball.
