Beat the cream, melt the chocolate and nougat in a water bath. Beat the egg and sugar until frothy. Soak and dissolve the gelatine according to the instructions on the packet. Stir into the egg and sugar mixture and add the melted chocolate and nougat mixture.
When everything is well mixed, fold in the whipped cream, add some orange zest and cinnamon and put the cream in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
