Julienne in a bun will please all lovers of delicious and nourishing meals, especially men! So, dear ladies, if you want to treat your darling with something delicious and unique, this dish is clearly for you. There are two variants of cooking this dish in my recipe: one is classical with champignons, and the other is for those who do not like mushrooms.
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry for 10 minutes in butter or sunflower oil.
Cut the mushrooms into small dice.
Do the same with the pork belly.
Divide the almost cooked chicken fillet into two parts. Add the mushrooms to one part, and add pieces of pork meat to the other. Cover the pan with the lid and cook slowly for 10 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of flour to each frying pan and stir well. Add the butter to the mushroom julienne.
Pour the milk or cream into the pan immediately after stirring, stir well, and leave the dish to simmer until the sauce thickens.
Take all the crumbs out of the buns and put them into the preheated oven for 5-10 minutes.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Spread the cooked julienne into the prepared buns.
Sprinkle the tops of the buns with the grated cheese.
Send the almost cooked julienne in buns to the oven heated up to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts completely.
