Instructions

  1. Skin the sausages and cut all types into even slices or cubes. Put in a bowl. Peel the onions and cut into fine rings. Cut the pickles into small slices. Mix all ingredients together and season with salt, pepper, vinegar and oil.
  2. Sprinkle the freshly chopped chives on top.
  3. Enjoy with black bread and beer.
