Mix the flour, soy flour with the baking powder, add the sugar and the ground hazelnuts, then add the oil and fizzy drink and mix everything into a smooth dough and place in a springform pan. Peel the apples, quarter them and either cut them into cubes and press them onto the dough or, what I find nicer, cut into narrower wedges and place on the dough and press down. Now mix a little sugar with cinnamon (if you like) and a pinch of vanilla and spread on the dough and the apples. Bake at 180 ° C for about 60 minutes (make a stick test!).
Remarks:
I used larger cups with a capacity of around 200ml. If you take smaller cups (from the coffee service) please only use 1 pack of baking powder and a corresponding loaf pan.
I don`t like my cakes that sweet so I only use 1 cup of sugar. If you like, you can also add cinnamon to the batter.
