Instructions

  1. Stir the butter until foamy, slowly pour in the sugar. Gradually add the eggs. Fold in the chocolate rasps, nuts / almonds and rum. Briefly stir in the sifted flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
  2. Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan, distribute the drained sour cherries evenly.
  3. Baking: 45-50 min. At 175-200 °
  4. Dust them with icing sugar when they have cooled.
