Instructions

1. Toast the nuts with icing sugar in a pan, leave to cool.
2. Whip the whipped cream with icing sugar, cinnamon and whipped cream until stiff. Fold in the nuts and orange juice.
3. Fill the foam rolls just before serving. Also as a filling for cakes or biscuit rolls.
