Instructions

  1. Cut the apple and pear into cubes. Slice the banana and cut in half. Mix the honey with a little lemon juice and pour over the fruit. Mix the fruit with it and let the fruit salad steep in the refrigerator.
  2. Mix the nuts and grains together. After the fruit salad has drawn through, mix with the nut mixture and puree.
