Briefly boil 300 ml milk with the nut nougat cream and distribute between 4 latte macchiato glasses. Heat and froth the rest of the milk. Also distribute the milk foam over the glasses. Slowly pour one espresso into each glass over the back of the spoon at the edge of the glass. There should be three layers: Nut nougat - espresso - milk foam.
