Mix the quark with the egg, oil, sugar, salt and buttermilk and then mix in the flour, baking powder, almonds and hazelnuts and fold in. Now shape approx. 9 rolls out of the dough and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 30 minutes (180 degrees or convection 160 degrees).
For the spread, cut the chives into rings and finely chop the peppers and mix both with the cheese, fold in the cress and then season with salt and pepper.
You can also add pistachios or chopped walnuts to the batter.
