Instructions

  1. Roast the chopped hazelnuts in a pan without adding any fat. Then let it cool down.
  2. Chop the dark chocolate. Puree both with the natural yoghurt and the milk in a blender. Sweeten with vanilla sugar as desired. Pour the shake into glasses.
