• 2 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
• 3 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
• 3 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
• salt and pepper
• 1 pinch (s) sugar
• 30 g walnuts, chopped

Instructions

1. Either mix all ingredients well or shake them in a dressing shaker, season with salt and pepper. Goes particularly well with field or oak leaf lettuce.
